Ingredients:
- 200g Fish Maw
- 1 Egg
- 200g Spanish Mackerel
- 2 slices of Kaffir Lime Leaf (minced)
- 3 tsp Multipurpose Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Tapioca
-20ml coconut milk
Method:
1. Follow the above order to combine them together.
2. Smear some oil on the banana leaf, then wrap in the otak otak.
3. May use steam/bake way to cook the otak otak.
Steam: 15 Minutes
Bake: 200 degree 15 minutes
