豆鼓鱼焖鸡

材料
半只鸡, 豆鼓鱼 一罐, 豆鼓 一汤匙, 蒜5粒, 姜 适量, 青葱 适量


调味
蚝油 2汤匙, 黑酱油 1汤匙, 水,


做法
1。 先爆香葱姜蒜和豆鼓炒香, 加入鸡肉, 拌炒至9分熟
2。 加入水分盖过鸡肉一半, 加入蚝油和黑酱油  爆香后焖至熟。
3。 豆鼓鱼先把骨处理干净, 把鱼肉撕小, 加入鸡肉一起焖多10个。
4。 加入青葱拌匀就可以了。


Braised Chicken with Bean Drum and Fish


Material
Half a chicken, 1 can of black bean fish,
1 tablespoon of black bean, 5 grains of garlic, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of green onion


seasoning
2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, water。


Method
1. Saute onion, ginger, garlic and black nean until fragrant, add chicken, stir fry until 9 minutes cooked
2. Add water to cover half of the chicken, add oyster sauce and dark soy sauce, sauté and simmer until cooked.
3. For the bean drum fish, clean the bones first, tear the fish into small pieces, add chicken and stew more than 10 pieces.
4. Add shallots and mix well.
